la casa del corpo

.La Casa Del Corpo is a multi-disciplinary space dedicated to the emergence of an individual's innermost being. Through various disciplines such as dance, somatics movements, breathwork, energy work workshops such as KAP, channeling techniques, embodiment, contact improvisation, polyvagal theory, ecstatic dance and knowledge. The space also hosts individual sessions of various holistic therapies.

This venue was opened by Marine in September 2021, with the aim of offering the world innovative techniques.

The venue is located just a few minutes from the centre of the magnificent coastal town of Lagos in southern Portugal, home to some of the world's most beautiful beaches.

The weather is relatively mild and clement all year round.

The room is 90m2 in size, with a natural wooden floor made from locally grown pine and treated with natural oils.
The walls are insulated with cork, also sourced locally.

In the 2 years it has been open, the venue has been able to offer more than 200 workshops and welcome more than 2,000 participants, thanks to qualified organisers from all over the world.
